Why the slow walk?

When i logged in a couple days ago and walked around in the forests and on the grass it went really slow. It hansn't been this slow before and when I made my character I set an high agillity, I think 3 or 4 from max.
Why this slow walk?

Up the framerates in options.

On grass and mud you walk slower, You would in real life.

Yes I know but I walk just as slow on whatever material. Something must have happened to my agillity or something. Wasn't at all like this before

Is it possible for a GM to fix it or would I have to make a new char?..
Really like this one though

Well, I'm most gratefull for any answear.

Login to your account on the main page, click your character, check his agility. If it is not changed, it could be lag, slow computer, who knows. Most everyone walks about the same speed on grass though.
