ppl i am mad if i get killed 1more time FOR STUPID REASONS THAT DONT MAKE NE SENSE
i lost half my skills today for lets see ummm

.not liking some1
.joking with a freind
.NOT EVEN PUSHING A DAMN ORC
.shooting a dwarf who killed one of my freinds
and
.no reason whatsoever

if this dont stop i will quit i am putting a 5ingot bounty on these ppl if u can get them to QUIT

Well,
it seems you may miss a little point.
The little point what this game is about.

This game is a role playing game. That means, the main thing on it is the roleplaying part. The system and all other things are aditional things that make it look better, help creating an atmosphere, or to enforce that the people play a role and don'tjust start stupid powergaming.

If some people killed you, that can happen in different ways.
One way is the roleplaying way: They play a role, perhaps as a bad person, perhaps as a good, and your role and theirs, the characters you both are PLAYING, have a conflict. NOT the players behind those characters should have a real conflict - only the characters should.

So, if you are killed for a roleplay reason - for example calling a strong, skilled orcish veteran-warrior a little green pigface (note that this is an IN GAME/ROLE insult), and suddenly feel his waraxe in the mid of your chest (from above through your head) - then it is
a) a really strong orc
b) a really big/sharp axe
c) not your day
d) your death
e) a roleplay reason. Of course an insult is a low one, but it is one. Especially if you are not an orc...

That means, the Orc now may have problems with your friends afterwards. Not with you, you have lost this conflict and took a too high risk, and met the consequences. If you would just fall into a blind rage, and attack him AFTER you already died (and you know he's stronger) you leave your role. Your character would not like to commit suicide. He would perhaps wait until he is more skilled and has better equipment, call some friends together to deal with the atacker in a roleplay!!! way (a so called LYNCHMOB) , or he would hire a mercenary for revenge (who then has a roleplay reason for a fight too) - but he would NOT run to the attacker again and again, crying "PK" and stuff that has nothing to do with the game itself, with the game world.

The other thing is a non-roleplay kill. That means, a guy walks by, and just kills you for fun. Or calls dirty words that do not fit in the game, or insults the player behind the screen (not the character) and then kills you.
Or he follows you to the cross and kills you repeatedly, or kills you / heals you/ kills you/ heals you and stuff like this.
Always remember : REPEATED KILLING is FORBIDDEN and will get you banned from the game.

This is what you seem to have forgotten: Roleplay means, that in the game, you play a ROLE. You act AND TALK like you were your character. You don't run around and shout "Kurt's mom is a bitch" or whatever, such will get you banned or deleted too.
Your Character is a normal person too, compared to the others. He may not be superior to other players. You can't play superman or such a silly thing - unless you like a short life (and low skills).
Your character can even be afraid of stronger people. Play how you like, but you won't always win. After all, it's a game.

If other players are roleplaying, and you approach them, an disturb the roleplay by asking ooc (Out Of Character) stuff loud, they may tell you that they are playing and you should roleplay too, an not disturb the game, this may be a reason to kill you too - or if several persons complain about your behaviour - ban you from the game.

IF you are killed repeatedly, for no reasons and stuff, then report the person (name or correct number) to the GMs. They can check the situation by looking through the server logs, and ban persons from the game. If you lie to a GM (and they ALWAYS will find out what really happened, by looking through the things you said and did before) you will be banned or deleted.

If you want PLAYERS to drive others OUT OF THE GAME, you misunderstood something heavily.
The game should be fun for all. You AND the others.
Try playing your role, play it good like a good actor does, and you won't have much problems - it will be a lot of fun, for you and for others. Just understand, even if your character can do much more than you can do yourself, for example cast spells and fight skeletons, he is no super hero.

Hmm you say I killed you for not pushing but I thought you were pushing me and also you and your friend died for cursing he cursed at me and i tapped him with skullcrusher and then you did the same thing so i tapped you also.

well HALFLING HATER if u wanna meet some of my merc freinds i would not go around killing ppl for NOT pushing and weres that croms dwarf he gonna get it soon i tell ya that he killed me reapetedly at the cross and i only shot him once after he killed my friend and i am glad u killed the other guy to cuase i was gonna but i lost most of my damn SKILLS getting killed so many times and taking the fact that shooting some1 once with a spell that took off 1hp after he killed my friend then getting killed i say if it dont hurt dont cry about it geesh and one more thing i got killed for joking around and having fun my char is a partyer ok? i like to PARTY!!! and getting killed for joking is not a very fun game then i clearly stated i did not like the killer an got killed 2more times then 3times for no reason by ne1 who wanted to kill something

If you got killed repeately, report the person to the GMs. (gods@illarion.de)
But only if killed repeatedly at the cross or with healing-and-killing several times, not if you get killed, come back, atack the killer, and get killed again, and then come back and attack again and again hehe. That's not repeated killing but self defense of the killer (and suicide of you)

but insult IS a good reson to kill someone... so if you called tal rash a "damn elf"

A simple insult may be a "low" reason, but if you repeat it even if you have been told by the person to stop it, it is a very good reason. For this kind of insult, the Character "Damien" would have killed you if you continued after the first or second warning.
Casting a field in town if told that it's forbidden is a good reason too.
So don't complain about these kills, they were roleplay reasons. And good ones.
