Application

This is really going to hurt some people's minds I bet...Taken straight from the FIRST PAGE of http://illarion.org
If you want to join us, create your account in the account system. You will then be asked to answer some questions about roleplaying and to finish a short story. After gamemasters have processed your application, you can see in the account system if you have been accepted. To log in to the game, you just need the Illarion client which you can you get from the download page. Since we read every application carefully in our spare time, it may take some days before we get to yours. Please be patient and use the time to inform yourself about the world of Illarion at this page: http://www.moonsilver.de.

Then create a new email and try again.
All I want to say further is that you need to think exactly about how your character would react to the scenario you're given (if that's even being done anymore, I wouldn't know).
And 4 days is hardly preparation, if all you've been doing is waiting and reading the rules. Just go read over moonsilver a bit, wait a while, and try again sometime.

As for not knowing what the character looks like, how do you expect to play the character. You should be able to know in your own mind what he or she looks like so that you can describe them to others.
In Illarion, the graphics of each race are all the same. To create a picture for some smooth roleplay, you should have an idea.
You are getting upset when most here are only trying to give you some helpful advice. Maybe click on a link or two. Then you'll get a better idea for your own character and you'll like the game better when you get in. It's as much for you as for the rest of us.

You need to make sure your spelling is correct, like scinario is really scenario. Also, now that you know about http://www.moonsilver.de, I'd suggest you take a look at it, and search the rest of the forums to get a feel for the game, and then retry. Make a new hotmail account to try again, if you feel the GMs/Devs are against you.

Oh, stealing my ideas now, huh?Pocal wrote:Make a new hotmail account to try again, if you feel the GMs/Devs are against you.

Just take the advice given in this thread so far.. the positive stuff. Sometimes some of the people here can be .. scornful. Don't let them get you down. We all want to roleplay to the best of our ability, and we often let that blind us.
The rules say no more than one account, but technically you don't HAVE an account you can use yet.

If you can't have more than one Illarion account.. then I'm sure a number of the frequent players would be banned, in regard to that rule. Really, unless you make it pretty damn clear, there's no way for anyone to know that you made a new email.
@Ghorn, I think this is fun.

Ghorn, we are trying to recruit more people are we not? Thus, helping someone improve so that they can join us in the game is a good thing. Please stop all your negativity towards current players and possible players. Its annoying.
As Cain said, you do not have an illarion account yet, so trying with a new email would be legal. Unless you mean that they have approved your story but not your character name. I think that may be confusing some of us.
If need be, add me to msn and I will talk with you or your brother about things.

This game, is not Runescape. Roleplaying is enforced, there are no levels. That is the main difference.
