Server and lag

Is there anything wrong with the server today or is it just me experiencing lots of lags?
I mean, I usually can walk normally with my char usin a dial up conection. Today it was a square-by-square walking.
Walk a square, stop, walk a square, stop. Like this.

For me, it was login in Trollsbane, land in Varshikar, but I guess that had nothing to do with the server. -.-

I had this problem out side of Trolls Bane. Not as much as inside the town.
