Greetings people of Illarion. I am silentslayer, emperor of the Azule Empire and i welcome u. I'm in need of many assistence, we will give training, assistence, money(i'll donate money myself =) ). Also we'll hold tournaments and stuff like that. Our mission is to be of greatness. Well i must go for now. Farewell. Plz notify me if u wish to join.

Greetings!

If I were you, I would first state who else is already in your guild, then I would state a specific program for the guild (outlines of a codex, outline of the hierarchial system, etc.), and I would give a link to a homepage or say so if none is available yet. Also, I would avoid using "plz" and "u" in such a serious post (which it is if this is going to be a serious guild).
Just a few tips. Apart from that, I'm curious to see what your guild will be like and how it will develope. May Zhambra always be at your side with the the wisdom, the honour and the inner power that you will need to master a guild!

thanks Emhyr Van Emeis, well i have it set up like an empire, i am the emperor, Legionaire is my head gen of armies, my advisor is straight arrow, Toku is my Diplomat, my master druid is Malicus, my master mage is Warriors, my master smith is Sang Drax. I will have a queen (hopefully Lela =)), i want to have a son to inherit the throne when i die, a master carpenter and civilian represenatives, the army will be of warriors, archers, and mages. I'll have smiths and druids for the merchant group, and last but not least Civilians that want to be in but really don't want to do anything. We'll have donations (i'll give 3 silver per day if i can to donations myself), training, learning, and we'll hold tournaments, we're mainly about peace but alas, we all know that sometimes war is inevitable, thats why i have an army. Our goal is to achieve greatness within ourselves. Kinda like enlightenment, but physically and mentally. I hope this answers the questions you may of had =).

Silent dead, so azule empire probably dead too, he say that malicus be new emperor if empire not dead.
