Is Magic done yet?

Some people have been telling me ingame, "Why dont you light that fire with your firespell, you said your were a magician" I started wondering if it was out yet, can you guys tell me? If it is, do you know where I could learn spells and find runes? Many thanks ^_^

The Magic Academy. They have boards in the guilds section. And from their you can find their private boards.
Enroll there.
