how do I sleep or restore energy or whateva?
Ok, I was going my normal merchant rounds, killing some pigs, getting leather and pork to sell along wiith some herbs, when I was fighting a pig... All of a sudden it says You cannot learn anything (something along those lines...) so I ate some pork I brought, but later it says "You must (something) to be (something something) fit again"... so I guess I have to sleep... how do I sleep....

Dude, did you read my post?!
I said I was doing my normal rounds as a merchant, that would be roleplay, and for me to be a merchant I have to get things to... you hear that? yea... this word
SELL! And I don't want my character to be physically ill or impared so I need to know,
what can I do to keep those messages from popping up?

That's what he meant by roleplaying. Talk to people, read some books etc.
Oh, thanks, but I've tried that for hours about 15 pigs later "I can't learn" anyways, when you lvl up or whatever, do you get to choose your statS? I'm kinda a noob at this game, so confusing >.< more complicated then any games i've ever played

"whateva"?......"furcadia"?....oh please.....
......
Resting basically means doing things that dont involve using a skill. You will 'rest' if you log out, but it takes longer to be able to start learning again than if you stay IG. The longer you avoid using skills..the more work you will be able to do before hitting the cap again.
Dont, however, just leave your character inactive IG....GM's take a dim view of this.

Not only that, but there is a high chance you will regret it yourself, even without GMs giving you a personal scold. We've had plenty of cases. For example, even if you leave your character in a place that is usually very safe, you are still vulnerable to any kind of attack possible. (Think about stray monsters, or possible town attacks with no previous warning. Please also think about those players we always have ingame who have little to no sense of reasonable RP and will kill your idle character for the hell of it.Jeremy Gems Willowbrook wrote: Dont, however, just leave your character inactive IG....GM's take a dim view of this.

What happens -> Your character sits ingame for hours as a ghost while you're away. Your skills are quickly draining because the longer you're a ghost, the more skill you lose for being dead. You "wake up" to find that you barely even have the ability to speak. Literally.
