I need a house Bror.
The map needs enlarging so it can fit in without taking up too much space.
The house will be 3-story, 5k will be used toward it.
You told me to post it so here it is

Uh, a Basement, please,
where we can mine and there are red skeletons in it
and NOT beholders.
In lower-left corner or somewhere to right of the bar,
im not sure yet.

Ok, my mind is made up.
3 story house, 1 basement
uh, maybe 15 by 15 house all around?
It must be bigger than the hut im using now.
Counter in 1st floor, those vases in the hut behind counter,
and a lockable back door in which only a few
selected people have the key. 2nd floor is a lounge.
3rd floor is a storeroom...
Basement monsters... are Beholder, Red Skelleton, and Giant Spider.
I will pay about 11k+ or as much as you need.
i dont know about paintings but a lion head by door.

My house should have a pool, a start field for my dragon pets, that dwell in my basement, and perhaps 2 or three gold respawns in my treasure chest. If a GM comes around about once per hour, I would appreciate that, maybe I have some new stuff to install

))

Now for real:
Houses should be a bonus for long playing. They should be expensive and only very few players should have access to them. Therefore we install buildings only for groups or guilds, not for individuals - they are too expensive for one.

If you want a house in the next version, I would suggest, that you find some other players to share it with you (I guess you already have, right?). Then build only one story now, and upgrade it later, when you have more money. We will then install more stories or additional furniture. See the other thread for prices and examples.

Why don't you just look at the price list, and give me the information I need?

umm thats 24 normal walls,

I have to meet up with Quain, since he's my bank

Can I add on in the new version?
I would like to add some stuff soon but I need the basic layout first.

I count:
21 walls: 250*21= 5250
2 windows: 300*2 = 600
1 door: 1*350 = 350
4 edges: 4*400=1600
64 surrounded ground tiles =64*200=12800

Thats no roof and no parquet/carpet (i.e.grass/desert... wherever you want to build).
The price would be 20,600 gold
You forgot to calculate the price for the plot (which is the biggest part, when you don't build expensive stuff in the house)

The same house in a 6*6 place would be:
13 walls: 250*13= 3250
2 windows: 300*2 = 600
1 door: 1*350 = 350
4 edges: 4*400=1600
36 surrounded ground tiles =36*200=7200
Summ:13000

same 5*5 base size:
9 walls: 250*9= 2250
2 windows: 300*2 = 600
1 door: 1*350 = 350
4 edges: 4*400=1600
25 surrounded ground tiles =25*200=5000
Summ:9800 gold

die elben und das neutral gebeude sollen für die dem entsprechende allgemeinheit sein
und der priv palast is nich soo wichtig ich könnte für die allgemeinheit auch drauf verzichten

wie is es nun mit dem abarbeiten ???
weil das cutten, cleanen und sortieren is wirklich sehr zeitintensiv ;-) da kmmt man nich zum minen und verkaufen
wir könnten ja pics in baren umrechnen ;-)

btw: kann ich dir die bmps auch als rar mailen oder nur zip ?? (addresse hab ich schon von martin)
ich schau mal ob ich die nacharbeiten bis 19uhr fertig habe ich schicke sie dir dann ok?

Hab die bilder schon bekommen von Martin - als RAR Archiv ist in ordnung (sind auch schon eingebaut).

Zu den palästen: ich glaube nicht, daß wir für 10 spieler online schon paläste für alle möglichen subtypen einer rasse brauchen, zumal wir keinen karteneditor haben. Jedes mauer setzen ist also erhebliche arbeit. Wenn ich mal die Paläste als "kleines Haus" interpretiere, wäre das ganze schon so teuer, daß sich die meisten nicht eines davon leisten könnten.
