This is the Time of the Revised Meeting:

12:00 Noon Alaska Time
1:00 PM Pacific Time
2:00 PM Mountain Time
3:00 PM Central Time
4:00 PM Eastern Time
5:00 PM Atlantic Time
5:30 PM Newfoundland Time

It is on Saturday, December 22nd (Today for most) On the balcony of the Library!!!!

It seems for me, that you have discuss important things for your guild, but don't find a date and place for a meeting of all members.
And as I know from our guild, it is very complicate to get all members together in Illarion at the same time.
What about making a board on your own home black board. On this board, you can discuss all things about your guild. And sure, you can make it, that only members with the right password can enter.
Perhaps this is a solution for your dating problem.
It works well in our guild and we discuss all important things on our board. So we haven't meet us at the same time in Illarion.
