Also there is the same message on the inside walls of grey refuge

Lutup has been captured
He is not to be harmed untill he has repayed his debts.
He will be unable to do anything for some time.
Also will he be mining iron and coal for me after he is able to.
After that his debt is repayed and you can do whatever you want.
Just leave him alone till i say so.
