PLEASE HELP - im having trouble

When i try to log on to my charachter it says "wsaeconnrefused" , then i click ok and then it says "Maybe the server is offline or your not connected" once again i click ok and then it says "cannot connect".

I am sure that the server is online and that i am connected. Please someone tell me what to do.....

You may be conected to the Internet, but it seems like the Server is offline.

For future reference you can check out this Topic, where other players post the server status.

so...no one can log on right now? and do you know when it will come back online?

Nobody is able to play as long the server is not responding (offline/frozen).

The server will be online as soon as possible, however it is going to be restarted manualy to make sure Error-Logs can be read and evaluated.
