Has the skill cap changed in the past month ?

Yes, in the past months, yes. In the last few months, nope. But it will. It was changed once since the wipe.

Thats strange, usually when logged on for a couple hours my skill cap would go away, but now I can be logged on for 6 hours and will still have the cap on.

Alot of factors effect the skill cap. The best way I have found to lose it is to stay in game. I dont know if this is true but it seems the less it goes away when you log off. I also believe it has something to do with how well you know the skill. I know when I started getting really good at carpentry the skill cap came much faster. So it makes it like the better you are and more time spent on a skill the harder to learn new things, just what I saw months ago, dont know if it is the same or if I am even right

Actually, there is no such thing as skill cap. It's just a message that pops up to make people stop powergaming and GMs laugh. :wink:

Its the intellectualism skill again, the secret ones the GM give us...
:P

Really though the skill cap is only a problem at early levels when it seems to fly up as soon as you do anything.
