It's not the end of the world. Whatever items you used to have, you'll be able to get back. And if you liked RuneScape so much, why are you playing this instead of that?
On the other hand, I do sympathize with you a little bit. It isn't fun to play a game that is so damn hard on newbies, but there are better ways to post about this hardship than "NOT FAIR, I WANT MY BINKY BACK!"

Point taken Liles, but regarding the concept of "challenge..."
I consider a game a challenge if it takes considerable effort to get something done, not a considerable amount of time or loss.
Take Resident Evil for example. I say to the developers, don't pretend your game is challenging just because you starve the newbie of ammunition when he has to take on 8 demon dogs in one room.
I feel the technical character development...skills and items...shouldn't be lost more times than gained in order to "develop." That makes the only solution for improvement to be powergaming, but people speak out against that.

haha playing as gabon is still "challanging" i am deffinatly no newbie but i still find the game challanging and thats is to me what makes it fun. Gabon is one of the top 10 strongest on the island and he actually has to back off when fighting. I do know its hard expecally when you start and you are killed but if you stick with it, its well worth it.
