y Character online but I am not on the game?

Okay my character Julia Fertry is online at this very moment but i cannot log on to Illarion why is this?

Because the server has flatlined

That happens when the server is down, because the online list can't update.

Yes but i was on with Gra'able at the time of the server down. I was on julia yesterday not today.
