could someone...
please explain the RPG forum rules please, I don't get it, could someone just tell me what you do on the RPG forums.
You can write descriptions of things that have happened in-game.
You can write descriptions of things that have happened elsewhere in the world of Illarion.
You can create messages to the townsfolk, notices for the townsfolk (NON-TRADE POSTS!) and so forth.
You should also read all stickies on the RPG Board.
Most importantly-you speak and behave as your character does on the RPG board!
In-game the notices portion of the board is often referred to as the "town wall" if the notices pertain to the citizens or members of Troll's Bane. Generally, all players can read notices on the "town wall" and so can react to these notices in-game.
However, there will be occasions when players post semi-private notices for members of other towns, such as Varshikar or Silverbrand. You can of course read these, but whether or not you can roleplay having read them in-game is up to whether the topic originator decides that it is either a public or private notice.
Much of the same applies to the guild board.
