Resting

i was just wondering how long i have to rest for before i can resume training. is there a set time?
and also i havn't been doing anything for about 10 minutes and i try and fight and it says i mut urgentally rest again, but i already have!

10 minutes are not enough. Rest for some hours and then you can test how long you are able to work again.

It's called reality. After exhausting your self, say fighting, you need hours to rest your weary body. It's also part of the skill cap. You can only learn so much until you need to be also mentally rested, so your mind can learn off of what it is doing.

yeah i suppose so, im just too used to playing runescape where everything happens so quickly. thanks for the info anyway

I believe there is a missunderstanding

You can work as long as you want. You only get hungry sometimes and have to eat some food. Or do you only act for skills?

Only the skill gain is limited at a defined number of actions per hours or per day. If you reach the barrier of the maximum of actions per time, the skills do not grow up.

I bet they don't, it's just a state of mind
