A parchment has been pinned in Greenbriar as well as in Trolls Bane:

Dear Evergreen Halflings and citizens of Greenbriar,

It feels like ages since I met a member of the Evergreen Halflings, yet I'm seeking for a meeting with you.

There are concerns which I would look forward to discuss with you and I would feel honoured to meet with you in the lovely Greenbriar on the 17th of Zhas. ((Sunday, 6th November)).

For a more specific time, please write me a letter.

A rather short figure skips down the road in Greenbriar, and stops suddenly as his attention is drawn to a parchment on a board that had seemed vacant for many days. He stopped, and carefully read it. After a moment's thought, he quickly scribbled down a reply and skipped away once more. The reply read:

Dear Caitlin,

It would be an honor to meet with you and discuss what it is you wish to discuss. I do not know about the others but I will surely show up. All you have to do is name a place and time and there I shall be! Until then, may Zhambra guide you!

Gilbert is asked about coming by another halfling and acknowlages he'll come , meanwhile pondering what time he should be there.

Hurriedly Caitlin scribbles a short note underneath and smiles gently.

I think I will set the meeting in the late afternoon ((5pm GMT)), but I will try to be around the whole day so that I can speak with everyone who shows up.

I will certainly try my best to attend this meeting, if for some reason I should not be there I can be found around trollsbane on occasion, although I'm usually Rather busy
