what items might I need for arrow making? I have tried different combanations of wood working tools and wood... but it doesn't work and the smiths I talk to know nothing of arrow heads.. perhaps I talk to the wrong smiths?

You need something for making flights for the arrows. Ask a carpenter...not a smith!

Jeremy, skip the cryptic messages and just tell him that he needs dedious wooden boards and a spool of thread for arrows.

A few questions that have been bugging me for ages now and I just cant seem to find the answer,

1: Where are the mumies, there never seems to be any at the ruins when i'm there

2: Who buys staff handles, its about all I can craft and I cant find an NPC to buy them. That and wooden plates.... I've got loads of usless object no player wants and not a penny to my name.

3: What NPC buys old daggers, shields and the like from drops

2: Mugush used to buy axe handles.. dont know if they changed it or not... but nobody used to buy staff handles, and they are useless so.... sacrifice them to Irmorom

How does one craft carpenter tools? I can't figure it out... is there a special handle set that I can't make yet? or is it a mixture of handles and heads?

Also.. is it strange that I can make sickle handles and sickle heads yet I can't put them together in either smithing or carpentry?

Not sure if it is possible to make planes yet...not tried for a while.
Carving tools you need a very small type of handle and a small type of blade.
Sickles....not a clue. Maybe fixing them together is harder than making either of the parts...

Experienced smiths and carpenters can tell you how to make planes and carving tools. It is possible.

I Dont knwo what you need for a plane..

And attaching them is harder and requires an anvil.. and you use the FLAIL section of the tool [there are stuff liek complete shovels ect...]

Shields need metal braces which come from iron ingots, and conifer wood.
