I have suggested a few times on how to solve these PK problems and until Illarion is out of the beta phase and on to the final version there is not much that will be done.  So, we as a society in the game must some how band together to protect those that are weak.

In real life if a group of people living without government (like Illarion is now) have a problem with individuals they for rules and govern themselves.  Will a strong leader in the game please stand foreward and possibily state what the rules should be.  

In regards to the Internet and computer costs, you are right.  The USA does have some of the cheapest costs around, but that is because most computer products and internet servers do come from the USA.

If there is a problem with PKs returning under a different name (new character) then why not develop a better way of registering for the game.

I don't have time to read all this, but I think the original posting sounds like the new guild will play in a RPG manner (at least the guild leader).
