We all know of Dagger's tragic tale on the desert. How his late-night visiter killed his son. How his son,the corageous young warrior he was,held on to life for 7 long days after he was cut through the stomache. But we don't really know what happend in that 7 days. What did Dagger feel? What happend to Shining Blade during his last days. These are all questions that will be answered in the Story,the first in 7 of the "After the Storm" Series. This book in the series will be writen like a journal. The Ancient Book,to be percise. Now,Lets see what happend in Shining Blade's last days on earth....
Day 1: We started on the trail,my son on a large piece of wood that I drag behind me. I don't think that he will make it. But I will try! As I run,I get more and more tired. Trollsbane seems to get farther away with every step I take. I stop every hour for a 5 minute break,but that is all. I will write later on tonight
Night 1: We made about 5 miles today. And I will only rest for about 1 hour before I take uo the trail again. My son seems to be coming out of his blackout. Earlier before we stopped he said "I'm sorry dad."
Day 2: We re-started the trail about 2:00 am last night. Shining Blade went back into his coma. Now I really dont think we're gonna make it
Night 2: I am resting now. To think that a low-life Gargoyle could do this. When we reach Trollsbane,I'm returning to Green-Haven to confrunt the king. I might not be able to write tomorrow morning,Shining Blade looks like he's getting weaker.
Night 3: Told you. We did make good time yesterday though.It's starting to bring my hopes up. We are now but 150 miles from Trollsbane.
Day 4: He came out of the coma! He is doing GREAT! He is still bleeding a little,so I better get him to Trollsbane.
Day 6: Sorry,I was kindda trying to get to Trollsbane a quick as I could,but he slipped back into the coma. I can't write to night,i must go quickly.
Day 7: We are but a hour from Trollsbane,but Shining Blade is gone. My son dies just a few hours ago. Now I must reach Trollsbane alone.
