Multiple Characters - Rpg and Pk

OK say i was murdured by a character for a good reason (god forbid) . And it just happens that i know this person has an alternate character. In all good rpg spirit, i guess i shouldn't take my revenge on his other character if he keeps this character unaffiliated with the first.

But what if this person had PKed me senselessly for no reason? Or what if i know this person shares important information or items between his two characters. Then is it ok for me to take revenge on his other character?

If you know some persons are killing senseless and often, report them to the gamemasters so they can watch them. Many things are beeing logged and we can check them. If this character seriously messes with the rules, we are the ones to take better revenge than killing him yourself.

if someone does such bad (for rpg) things say it (to gms or here at the board if no gms are there)
but dont leave the path of rpg it will make the things only more complicated
