Game quitting out

For some reason when I log into the game and it starts up..Then all of a sudden the whole thing just disappears, no error messages or anything..Just gone

Did this happen just once or many times? The first time you play a character it will always do this unless you create a folder with that character's name in your Illarion directory.

Or is this every time you log in?

It has just started doing this everytime I log in and it just started doing it today.

Any changes you made to your computer since the last time you logged in? Change any settings, install any new hardware or programs? Or did you move any files or create an Illarion shortcut on your desktop?

This happened to me when I tried to create a shortcut for Illarion and accentally moved the exe file instead of pointing to it.

No, I haven't made any changes to my comp or my Illarion file, except for maybe considering getting a hammer now

Might try copying char folders to another location, re-installing Illarion, re-copying char folders to Illarion folder.

Well, I did just manage to log in and stay until I logged out. So perhaps it was just a fluke..but I will do as you suggested anyway and hopefully prevent this in the future.. thanks!

It happens alot. You just have to keep relogging in till you stay in.

Did you update your graphics drives of late, I remember some people having to roll their drivers back... I think it was the lates direct x 9
