-=HELP REQUIRED=- Black screen, a few messages, then closure

Post by Raynn »

I have a major problem. When i try to login, It comes up with a black screen. After a few seconds, a window pops up. "WSAECONNREFUSED". I click OK, and then the "Maybe the server is offline, or you have no internet connection" Window pops up. I click okay again, paitently. Then ANOTHER window pops up. This one, is simple, and to the point. "Can't Connect." I tried it several times, and i'm getting a tad frustrated. Why is it doing this, and how can i fix it?

Tell me, did you read that error message at all?

"Maybe the server is offline"

And I think it's just been put back online.

The WSAECONNREFUSED Message, and all of the others, persist. It must be a different reason as to why it's doing this.

If you have a firewall, try configuring it. I'm not sure what ports Illarion uses, so perhaps one of the development team can tell you. I don't get any problem, so I'd say it's a problem on your side.

I disabled the firewall (for a short time) and I still get the annoying messages of doom. This is getting frustrating.

I get those messages.. it means simply "Server isn't up"

"WSSAECONNECTIONREFUSED
Maybe you have no internet connection...."

When the server is online,,, try again

I have the same problem. I installed a firewall, and then started to happen. But I have uninstalled the firewall and continues happening.
