Playing Illarion after the reset

I tried to login again with one of my old characters before the reset. I read that I had to create an account and add my old characters. I did this as well as giving them their attributes.

Now I'm trying to login with one of my characters and a messagebox with an internet connection problem is shown. I'm connected to the Internet and I have Direct X 9.0 installed. What is the problem?
