Character Unrecognized?

I just downloaded thee program and i passed the first stage to start playing, and made a character.

But when i try to run the program and enter my characters name and password it says its unrecognized?

Can any tell me why this is?

Only one reason i can think of:
1. Is the character's status: PLAYABLE or NAME ACCEPTED?

IF NAME ACCEPTED:
click on the character's name, and set the attributes.

IF PLAYABLE:
I have no idea.

IF YOU DIDNT MAKE A CHARACTER, ONLY ACCOUNT:
Make a character

You character's name was being checked. The name has been accepted, all you need to do now is set the stats via your Account.
