Let this anouncement serve to make all aware that Kamik Windslasher is no longer a recruit of the guard.
It is not with dishonor he leaves my ranks and let no ill word be stood against the man on account of my decision.
Let this annoucement also notify all that
Bailey Thunnigan and Farel Leonsepth are here by promoted to rank of Guard and should be respected as such. The promotions has long been over due and in such trying time as these I shant hang on ceremony and wait.

[Kamik Windslasher ~]

Kamik walks in quick paces to the boards - he carries a piece of paper in his right hand: a letter from Pendar. He reads the announcements with disbelief in his expression. It was over. His dream ended.

Why...?

He asks himself. As he looks around, he notices some citizens staring at him and whispering. He lowers his head and closes his right hand - the letter being smashed between his fingers.
The blue haired man sighs and leaves the shop, leaves the town, leaves Troll's Bane territory... and he keps walking, having no idea where he is going to.
