Yeah, 32 for a lizard is pretty good..

But I thought they lived until like 150-200 years, then they did the meditation stage for varying times?

But in general nearly noone could be counted, if he has to follow your explanation.

We have no people with a govermental/political job or interest on something like that except some few special ones (~5-10 [+/-9]).

Rackere definitely has an age, I just don't know how old he is. If he was a human, he would be 29 or so.
