once again it seems that every person strong enough to weild an axe must, make there descisions on it. striking someone down for any reason other then the cause of harm is something to be looked into. a corpse is a corpse, but to take a life because of a corpse, mind you one who is already dead, only does further to soil that memory. here it seems we have two supposed town guard who kill at the drop of a hat without seeking any other solution, and if any of ye can say that compiling death upon death is honorable then, you may need to look into your own souls, before condeming that of others. both Kamik and his lover should be banned from the guard it's obvisous no one will be safe with them patrollling the streets.

Alligations will be looked into by myself personally, as i know Kamik there is little to hide in this matter.
I am content to allow the suspension to stand until he and I can meet and work this out. How ever I am certain knowing Kamik as i do he will still be available to adress any direct threat on the town.
The only reason I am condoneing the suspension of his title is that the allegations are seriouse and under such shadow i must take what action I am able with out Kamiks side of things.
This is not a reflection on Kamiks character for i have much faith in that. Simply a measure until I can clear this up myself.
Also Deverah is official a recruit of the guard my apologies to you callith for not mentioning it today.

I know why this is happening. And I have not much to say to defend myself. The alligations are all true, but they are being looked at the wrong angle.
That Guider matter was already solved. I know it was a terrible mistake let him go, but I wasn't thinking of him, but of his sister Rhiannon. And besides, we didn't know he was the murderer.

What have you done to solve this matter, 2nd in command?

And, I attacked your wife today because she can't hear. I told her the corpse should be buried with it's belongings, but she prefered to rob him. I asked her to give the items back. I asked three times. And she ignored me. Like you said, we were in Troll's Bane territory and as a guard of that territory, I should stop robbers. I did my duty.
I also have to say that I am surprised by she telling it to you, since she told me once that she doesn't care about our laws or our people.

You cant rob a dead person.You will have to arrest half the population becouse when a fight happens and someoen gets killed , the person that was killed is looted.Most battles take place in trollsbane or what you call Trollsbane territory.It was outside the gates and it was a wooden shield and a copper peice, which would have served as fire wood and a nice mug of wine for a poor person who happens to be alive.

Again i dont listen to those who i dont care to listen to. At the moment i wasnt in the mood so i didnt listen.

You may ofcourse disgrace Kamik Windslasher for his foulness, for his own disgracefullness to two races, and ofcourse his ridiculous acts. But do not ever talk about an elf that way, do not ever "loot" corpses who's souls belong to me and the Synode. Do not ever dare to attack elves in public, and most certainly do not dare saying the dead never return. I am "living" proof of it.

Actually, if you haven't changed that, recruiting and removing of guards and recruits could only be decided by the captain and no second one in command, only if the captain was absent and has chosen a proxy person.
Furthermore I would propose that it is spoken about the whole thing, with every involved person being present.

What I still do not understand is why my word on the matter lacked finality enough to cease the bickering. We all appreciate that fools like Misjbar will open there mouth at any chance. How ever as my word stands to look into the matter and I have agreed and as such sanctioned Kamiks temporary ban I fail to see what more there is to discuss.
So to be perfectly clear this letter is now closed to memembers of the guard and the issues will be dealt with by myself amongst us.

Kamik told the elfess to stop her looting of a citizen within the territory of trollsbane, the man was dead and those who cared about him stood and watched as the lady went through thier kins belongings. Not once, not twice but three times was this lady told to stop her actions before Kamik took it upon himself to enforce the law we stand for, the law we all abide by. If you wish the land to become a grave diggers paradise, by all means take the uniform from this good man, and let the level which is our pride drop. And by our i mean all the citizens of trollsbane, not just the guard!

Futhermore after these actions the elfess entered the town seeking revenge, attacking a member of the guard in broad daylight. For this we honour the man by taking away his uniform? And we allow the elfess to walk free, can someone here please explain to me where this makes sense? As from my eyes all i see is an elfess who has contacts high within our ranks, and who has used these contacts to defile all which we stand for..

4)Many bodies are looted, its common fact, and i dug up no grave to take his things.

6)I hadnt talked to callith, my husband, about the matter at all. I dont know how he found out.

For those who dont know me, who do know me, or are new to the island. I have helped the gaurd trollsbane more then i have harmed it. I have helped gaurd this city even when i was a citizen of varshikar when varshikar was just bieng created. when john was captain of the towns gaurd. I gaurded the city before half the recruits were even recruits, before they came to the island, more then likely before pendar was even a recruit.

Im not a murderer. I kill only when i have a reason to.

Many bodies are looted when the guard do not protect them, we are in the town to stop such matters dear lady, not encourage them.

Bieng gone for the months i was , i admit to bieng uninformed of current politics. i had no idea about any border changes.

How do you know that none watched from within the gates safety, and the value of sentiment can never be measured by coin.

I know becouse i walked out of an empty town about two steps and the body was there, and only devrah and kamik were present.

Bieng a poor mercenary with little work due to the fact everyone is killing for free these days, i have to mesure everything with coin for its the only way to get supplies nessicary to do what i do. And i find crafting tedious.

Ive seen gaurds looting bodies, keeping things, along with knights. Its the victor's right to keep all items left behind after a fight, especcially if they didnt start the fight or had very good reason to fight. I just happened to try to take what was left after the fight. The man didnt care, and no family was present and he most likely has none on the island so it doesnt matter.

Thats i suppose is true, but like i said. I follow most rules but not all. If im attacked i always get revenge, whether it is right then or later. Its just who i am.

I have nothing aginst you either farel. But this is rather irratating as i dont see anything wrong with what i did. But my point of view isnt shared by many. I fall into a nutral catagory most the time. i insure my survival, and the survival of those i care for. I dont care for many but i try to keep to my own circles. I speak my mind without bieng afraid of concequences and i hardly ever attack first, though sometimes people can provoke me to extreams which is hard to do at best.
