The human girl called Alica walks up to the town board and pins a note there.

" I am hiring novice miners who want to make some money. I pay 2 copper pieces per iron you bring me. Just leave me a note to read if you are up to the job."

"I am now paying 3 coins for each iron ore you bring me. This is a very generous offer. I am also happy to give you other small tasks such as Tanning or wood chopping. I give you 3 coins for each tanned leather hide and 1 coin for each decidous wooden board you get me."
