I applied almost two weeks ago,and still have heard no word of anything. I also noticed that all of my posts have been deleted from the forums.
Did I do something wrong?

about the posts deleted. I reckon you posted in the Off-topic section. Threads that fall into inactivity there for a certain amount of time are deleted from there.
About the account: Did you log into the website based account system and check on its status? If you did, and it's still pending, it might have slipped by the people responsible for account activation. Rest assured though, they read this forum section, and will probably go check now upon this notice.
