Phidala was once a great king at the age of sixteen. He became heir to his throne when his father (named Pheda) died. A few days before his 17th birthday a demi-god by the name of Choa came to the massive city of Pheda (obviously named after Phidalas father) many people were destroyed and in order to stop the massive slaughter, Phidala was forced to abandon his throne. Phidala knew of of a great wizard who would be able to teleport him to another world but the downside to this was that Phidala would have to get back on his own.
Now when Thos Arac, Phidalas servant, heard of this he proceeded to follow Phidala. When he saw what the wizard had done to Phidala he went to speak to this mysterious mage. Thos Arac found out that the Wizards name was Zarinya. Thos Arac begged Zarinya to teleport him to where his master was. Zaryniya agreed and Thos Arac was sent to the world of Illarion. When he found Phidala he leqarned all that had happened. And so began his quest to help his master regain his throne.
Xarnaut on the other hand, was awakened from his sleep on the floor of the ocean a great undersea tremor threatened his life. He swam for days until he found land. He went to the closest enclosure he could see. A small house. When he knocked on the door an old man by the name of Zarinya answered. Xarnaut asked of Phidalias trouble. He listend for a long time. When he found out that King Phidala was de-throned by Choa he swore that he would take his revenge on Choa for destroying his underwater home. Xarnaut was teleported to Illarion in hopes to find Phidala and Thos Arac. Then once they were found he would train with them until the day when he could return to Phidalia and destroy Choa.
