Sigh I have never told this tale to anyone… Once long ago… I lived happily in Githindar (where elves come from) with my father, for my mother died long ago. One day (just like any other day) my father and me went out to hunt… When we found a deer, of course, we killed it. On our way home a human who claimed to be from the Island of the Stars confronted us… He killed my father with one blow of his axe and came after me. I ran as fast as I could, but he was twice as fast. He took his blade and struck me strait through my back. He wanted me to suffer for no reason at all and left me there, no one else but my dead father, no hope. But then, I heard footsteps racing towards me. All I saw before I fainted was an old man; I later found out that he was a wizard.

I woke up in a dark place with the blade out, but I was still seriously injured. The old man saw I was awake and asked me if I was ready. “Ready to do what?” I asked. He said that the only way to save me was to assimilate me with the dragon. Most people think that dragons are horrible things; dragons are not fire breathing horrible lizards. They were put on this world to protect others. “Of course,” I said, “If it the only way…” He said a few words that I did not understand, and then I saw the dragon step out of his lair. “Is he ready?” asked the dragon. The old man nodded and mumbled a few words. I saw the dragon start to dissolve into my chest. I felt the power racing through me!!! I soon began to grow wings, stand up, and then feel fully healed. The dragon was then one with me, he still is.

The old man rushed me to a boat and said there isn’t much time, I must be sent to Duglosh, as quickly and quietly as possible. But that wasn’t possible, for I saw the man flying towards me. I would have flown away but I didn’t know how to use my wings (I still don’t). He took his axe and shoved it through the old man; once again I felt the loss of the only loved one in the world to me!!! I was enraged! I took my blade and charged at him! He laughed and knocked me into the Straight of Hope.

I woke up in a strange town by the side of a river. I noticed that this place wasn’t as advanced as my hometown. I explored the whole island and found there was no way back. I have been here ever since. Sometimes I think that I have the worst luck in the world to be here, but then I realize. People are so nice here, so willing to help out. So, instead of cursing the day I met this human I am thankful that I’m here. I still cannot wait till I go back… TO GIVE HIM MY PERSONAL THANKS!!!!

well this is ooc to,
the story is kinda a mix of LOD, well it is if you read the intro story of LOD in the book and it makes sense, and castaway:)

are you serious? i did not know that.... (i never read those stories in the beginning of the books) are you just trying to make me look bad?
