Or Halflings, rather

What is the official age at which a halfling is considered to be an adult of it's race? I always presumed it was 33 because I thought they'd be practically the same as in LotR (shameful, I know). Also, because the minimum age a halfling can be according to stats is 20 (I think).

Since I tried searching and only managed to find 300+ threads to search in, and the only relevent ones didnt seem to be correct either, then I though I'd ask here, considering that not even Moonsilver states this (blasphemy!)

I thought 20 was it, because that was the lowest you could go in the counter . Lowest age to grownupness
