Im new and having problems...

Ive been working on getting my character ready, and all of this. but now that hes ready, and ive downloaded the game, no matter what i do, the game always goes to a black screen and will never load. YES i have read the paragraph on this specific problem, but it still will not work, i may have done it wrong.. so will someone please help me, like give me and explanation or something,.. id greatly appreactat it...

Your character has not been accepted/ activated.

Dont you still get a msg when your character has not been accepted stateing the fact..

I could be wrong

make sure you have diretx 7 or higher
