Account & No E-mail?

Hi, I applied for an account a few days ago in the new system. But the e-mail that should be sent seems to be having trouble finding its way to my inbox. Would someone be so kind as to help me with this?

What e-mail are you talking about? The confirmation mail with the link in it?
After that you don't get any further e-mails. You just need to check the status on the account main page.

The problem is that I cannot look into my account because I never got the confirmation e-mail that was supposed to be sent after I applied for an account. I had an account acceptance in the old client so I am not referring to the e-mail with the roleplaying questions, but rather the confirmation e-mail with the link.

Just some ideas:
• Is your mailbox full?
• Perhaps you made a typo when entering the address?
• Was it filtered out by your mail service as spam?

I'm afraid they might be of no help, but it's always worth a try.

The email only confirm your account. Nothing else.
