install English RTP

:'( i know that english rpt is required to use RPG maker 2000

But I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE!!

The discrpition of this board reads:
"If you have a technical problem with Illarion ask here."

RPG Maker seems not to be part of Illarion to me, so better use the Off-Topic, or even the boards of the RPG Maker site.
