Abnormal levels of lag

This has only happened recently and only to one of my characters as far as I am aware, but I've been getting huge ammounts of lag to the point I move one square every ten seconds and can take upwards of 30 seconds to send a message, it's happened when there was 9-10 people online and when there was 2.
