On the letter can be read:
The times are difficult. That's why Troll's Bane asks for the support of your village to keep a little secret.
The secret, as you already must have noticed, is the Brute of the Skulls, Wiergraf, the orc tied to the chair, table and to the rock near you. He is in coma so he will do you no harm. In the case he wakes up, a stone on his back will make he have pleasant dreams.
This is, if the not the only, hope to make the tribe of the BloodSkulls leave Troll's Bane peacefully. I managed to get the orc there because I think a peaceful town is the last place the "smart" skulls will look for their main force.
First, I'd like to apologise for taking part of the trouble to you. Second, I'd like to thank in advance for all citizens of Troll's Bane. I really hope that I can count with your cooperation, since after taking Troll's Bane the skulls would seek your calm village next. If we all unite in this matter, everything can go back to their own right positions.
Once again I thank you. And I'll wait for a dove by the next days telling me the news.

ps: A messenger will come to your village by the morning with more informations.
pps: Please, do what you can to keep Wiergraf alive.

Rosa recives the messanger and scolds him angrily, and hands him a letter back.
Who ever the hell you are, I demand you remove the foul beast from Greenbriar, or else I will set him free. The halflings of Greenbrair enjoy our independace and neutrillity. We have a number of young children and we will not have them harmed by your actions. Further more, placing the orc here, means you have tresspassed on our island. Which is against our law. You have one day to remove him before I untie him and send him on his way with a number of potions to help him recover.

A messenger arrives in Grenbriar with a letter from Dominik
"Rosa, I understand your reasons and you are absolutelly right to be angry. But, do understand that the if the beast is let free, the skulls will remain in Troll's Bane and harm every citizen. I remember to have mentioned that after Troll's Bane the skulls would look for your lands in my first letter, didn't I? So free him now to save your children, but all you're doing is gaining time.
The orc is in coma and he is tied hard. He is no danger for you.
I hope you understand now and don't let him go free.
