Byron, I'm sorry to say that this guild will not stand.
These rules that you have made go against everything held dear on the island. You profess to want to be a monk and heal the injured but then you turn around and swear to killing. You are no member of Trolls Bane and so acting in this way will only get you banned. Behaviour of this kind will not be tollerated in Varshikar. No blood shall be spilled on my ground over trees that you are not permitted to plant. Outside of my jurisdiction you may plant wherever (( south forest, east of town, southern edge of the desert, north of TB )) but there are appointed forresters in Trolls Bane, Marius and Fedaykin. They are the only ones allowed to plant trees in town, all others get chopped down. In the Farmer's Union's lands Nilo is the only one in charge of landscape and design. In Varshikar Jeremy has been appointed as the forrester and he is the only one, apart from myself who has the right to decide where a tree goes in the middle of town.
Cherry trees have no deep roots and therefor when are chopped for lumber they are derooted. But apple trees are just like any tree. Sure they provide food to those who are defenseless and can not leave town to hunt, but they are a deep rooted tree. I agree that they should not be chopped down because of their major role in feeding the townspeople, but if people are chopping your trees down then, Byron, think to yourself if you are possibly in the wrong. I know the orchard gets chopped down but it is not your place to deal with such things. It is your place to report such things. You have no business planting trees in Trolls Bane or in Varshikar. The law is the law. The lawbreakers are dealt with on the law's terms, not yours. Have some respect or no one will have any for you.

---------------
Nice. One, who was watched, how he cutted the half of the woods in our neighborhood, changes his mind and wants to protect the trees.
Fine, but your acting has to be in agreement with our rights and laws:
1. I do not want to see anyone, who attacks and kills inside of Troll`s Bane because his victim cutted some trees in Troll`s Bane.
2. The area of the Farmer Union is a part of Troll`s Bane. Thus you have to handle in agreement with the first point.
You can watch for them who cut your trees and you can ban them from your own land. If they come back after they are banned, you could use the principle of self-defence. Otherwise i would be happy to get names, who plant and cut trees inside the town.
Open questions in this case can be asked during the next meeting of the Town Council.
