Character not found

When I tried logging in I got the message character not found.

I haven't been playing for a long time but I want to start playing again now. Could someone please help me get my character back?

Send your character information (name, password, e-mail addy) to Arien. I did the same thing and got my old character back.

Thanks for the tip. I sent the information to Arien and I'm hoping for the best now.
