Aragon.... Draken wants you dead

Aragon, be careful where you go these days. It appears that you have an enemy, and a very dangerous one at that. Draken Vorklorhen came into town today killing everything in sight in search of you. Luckly the townspeople pulled together and weathered the asault as best we could, many died defending the town, but those of us who survived carried on the fight agianst the evil one until he left our lands. Although we have defeated him this time, I fear that we shall see more of him in the near future. He left with a final warning to you as well as our town, if we do not give you to him, he shall murder every living soul in Illarion. Do you know of any reason why he wants you so badly? Regardless of why, we must all band together as a comunity and destroy the evil one if it is possible, if not, then we must die trying. These are my feelings on this matter. Anyone who was there today battling Draken, I thank you for defending our town with me. One last thing, if there is anyone who knows of a way that Draken may be defeated, please let us know. It is a matter of life or death....for us all.

*A tired man with a sorrowful face walked to the board, read the notice and became a sudden shock ....
"Ohhh no, he was there again ... searching me ... looking for the powers within me ... but why was he strong enough, to fight ... last time ... yes last time, he was weak ... what happend ... damn ... Malachin, be with us!"
Than he took a paper and wrote on the board ...*

I thank thee, who have fought against the evil and have fought for me.

Yes I know, why Drahken is searching me ... it wasn't the first time, he approached to me ... about two weeks ago, he came to me in the forests, but there he was to weak, to stay long in our world ...
It is my past, and also my burden, that he wants me ...
I am son of an old priest familie, dedicated to Malachin, and I am also overgiven as a child to one of the three immortals of Moshran, Cherass. So these two powers are within me, fighting against each other, and I am not able to control them at least ... haven't find a way, to use or to destroy one of them ...
And Drahken, sure, as a servant of Cherass, he wants the power within me to get strong again, wants to wake up the evil part, which is sleeping in me ...
I hope, he isn't strong enough, to stand for a long time in our lands ... I hope, my friends will help me in this fight ... and I hope, I am strong enough to fight against the power of Cherass within me and to find a way to bane it ... but I am not sure, if it will happen ...
Maybe, it is better for the savety of the town and their inhabitants, that I leave it, and stay far away ...

*A thoughtfully, serious looking man left the board, wishing, he know a way, to carry this new burden on his shoulders.*

(ooc, it is a part of the long history about Aragon which is written on the rpg-board of the grey rose, but it is only in german, sorry for that)

Yesterday, Damien gave me the translation of a prophecy he found in an old book in a foreign language.

"A human, two immortals consecrated,
has the power,
through him, the basic principles of the world will be shaken.
From old noble familiy of priests of malachin,
signed with his tatoo
and consecrated to Cherass, the bonelord.

A human, two immortals consecrated,
he has the choice to decide,
by wandering the plains of grey,
the darkness and the light, the borderland of old and new.
He recognices the bright, the shining and the shadow bane,
the darkness and the truth
... (unreadable line) ...
... (unreadable halfline) ... enlightment,
strenght of mind will break the ban,
will seal the bind."

Under these prophecy, there was drawn a sign in the book, a hawk, holding two crossed swords in his claws.
And this is exactly the same, as the tatoo on my hand ...

I have met Drahken yesterday .... and he had to dy ...
he came and wanted to kill me, I plured some holy water on him and weakend him ...
... and so, I could talk to him ... he told me, that it was he, who sacrified me to Cherass and killed my parents ... for this reason, and I think, it was his mistake, to tell me that ...
... I made my decision and killed him ... after a long fight ... afterwrads some demons attacked the town, like Ashkatuul and others, but were beaten ...
Thank you for all the great warriors, which supported me in this fight!
Especially yesterday Sir Ganon and Cosmaterra!

I think, for the moment, Drahken is surely beaten ... but if a Lich can die, I don't know for sure ...
I have made my decision against him and for Malachin!

A lich cannot die completely unless you destroy it's essence. You see a lich becomes a lich when a powerful necromancer binds his soul his essence into an object to make it so that he cannot die, to kill a lich you would need to destroy the object he kept his soul in. Oh and there are other ways a necromancer or a mage could become a lich but they are much more rare, I know a good amount about liches and such so if you need more information ill try to help

It is fullfilled! I walked through Chergas plains of grey, met the falcon of Malachin and refused the skeleton of Cherass. The ban is broken, the bind is sealed. I'm free for Malachin, my God, being his Priest forever!
