Ok here are some questions:
1) The skill raise depends on how much you hit or you kill?
2) Is adept the maximum skill level?
3) How to raise my dodge skill?

1) Skills rise as you use them.
2) What do you believe?
3) By dodging. However, unless this has been fixed, dodge is difficult to rise because of the way the fighting system works.

Adept isn't the highest... Grand master is the highest.

Honestly, what do you think is a hammer good for while collecting sand?

Most likely you will not get sand with your first click, even with the correct tool.

You cant just say "you need the right tools" because with mining iron, coal and gems etc. is different since you need to make sure you use the rock twice. And of course you need to make sure you're using the item with the rock.

Sand of course, use a shovel with the sand, and dig in the right place.
