Hermie : 'No character with this name has been found'

I tried to log in on my char 'Hermie' and it said 'No character with this name has been found'. If I log on with another char it works fine. Please help me, Hermie was my best char!

Drogla is having this same problem i think they are trying to fix this

Havent been here for quite a long time and got the same problem with one char. (Kazhadum)
If it is because of the name, I don t like it myself, must have been drunk or something like that when I created it
