can players be attacked anywere ingame? or just like outside of citys or something?

Illarion is all over PvP. As long as there is a RP reason, attacking another PC is not considered PK. I like these abbreviations
What is forbidden are things like killing someone over and over again or blocking a spirit so he/she can't reach the cross.
