Attackers of Varshikar,

Stop your attacks on the city of Varshikar. Any who be attacking this town will not only have to deal with the towns forces but the BloodSkulls aswell.
This is not a warrning, this is a solom truth, ya attack the city ya die.
This day some fool hired Mercinaries to do battle with Varshikar, do ya know what happened, a single skull slaughtered them all. Now know this any attemps on the citizense lifes and the lifes of Varshikar government will be delt back to the attackers full force by the Bloodskulls, We will no longer be standing by watching our neighbors fight alone. This is a message to the attackers of Varshikar....hide in holes, for if ya show your heads.....the Bloods Will cut dem off.
