Gildeneinträge - Guilds, please scribe in

I want to write about all Guilds in the Country, and I want all guilds their guildmaster to scribe their Guild in here.....The guilds,which dont scribed in after 5 would be Ignorated and not anymore seen as a bound, by the Circle.
