I have a big problem !!!

Every time I try to make a new account it says I need to make it the name, password and email address that i used when I first used the program. The only problem is when I try to create a account on the program. I fill in everything but it just stays there with the hour glass forever and then says when you try to close it down "PROGRAM NOT RESPONDING". Please help me out because I'm starting to wonder if there is a game. Every rpg I've been to I've been able to make an acount right away and this is one strange system. I like the look of the game don't get me wrong but you guys haVE GOT TO WORK OUT A BETTER SYSTEM.

If your password has more than 9 characters I think is messes up the progeam.

Work out a better system? I'm sorry, but we don't want just anyone coming in here.

As far as I have heard, nobody has found a solution to your problem except for trying the procedure from another computer.
