If the paper is ripped, burned and torn, how can you read it in the first place? It would be pointless to write anything on the board. The message would be considered spam.

Simple solution: Edit your first post saying somthing like"The note is ripped up" or something to that extent.

Complicated solution: Ask people who responded to it to delete their post (in order). Then delete the first post.

And yes, what I mean was that Ules tore apart the female orc's letter, therefore making it (rp) unreadable.
