statistics

Is there/will there be any way to improve/change base statistics (i.e. strength, agility, intelligience, willpower) ?

No. Once your character is created your attributes cannot be changed any more.

Adano is right.
But many actions are determined by your skill rather then your attributes. Many actions take both into account. And: You choosed your attributes with an idea how your character should be like. Play him like this. If you want to play another character with a different idea how he/she should be, create a new one.
