Dear Guards of Trollsbane,

The dwarf Dolgan Durgan approached me tonight as I was in the shop in Trollsbane. He started to harass me, and soon he became physical, pushing me to the ground several times and threatening to kill me. At one point he even threatened that I should leave the town, perhaps believing he has some authority there. Finally, after I could take no more, I ran away.

As witness there is Irania, and also as witness to Dolgan's character, there is Lofosh who witnessed the man insulting me.

I did not even assault this man in my defense. It does not make my job any easier if I must risk being assaulted by wanton criminals when I pass into Trollsbane on a diplomatic mission. Please act accordingly.

P.S. If King Tialdin or Vice King Caranthir of Silverbrand read this, I would accept a suitable punishment from them rather than the town guard of Trollsbane. This dwarf says that he is of the Clan of the Axe, and I doubt this is the kind of behavior that you intend for them.

When maniacs like this run about insulting Varshikar and the Concubius, and attacking at random, this is no help for diplomatic relations between our two peoples.

This is so not true. I arrive the shop and talk with Moshker. While talking i say some wrong about the relationship of the state of Vanishar and the guild of the so called concubius. It was my fault because i have a luck of information. I say sorry for this. But this so called embassador called me a dwarf without respect and honor. In the further talking he say he will get a scissoir and cut my beard. Then i shove him... thats right. He will be lucky that i have keep a rest of self controll. Otherwise he should be death now. All i say was my Opinion about this so called state and some of his inhabitants. If this "embassador" like no Kritik is it not my problem. Anyway... iam calm to the point that he will cut my beard.... And my beard is a holy thing for me and i mean for all dwarfs. Maybe this guy should somebody give a lesson in Dwarfen knowledge.

He incorrectly quotes me. I said that he is hereby banned once against from Varshikar and that the price for passing will be his beard. If he is afraid to act with honor and intelligence than he should cut off his beard which is a symbol of just that. I offered him scizzors to cut off his own beard.

Keep in mind that he had already assaulted me the first time before I made any of the above statements. I don't recall any apology. He only shows his lack of honor.

"Embassador", i must say you are a very smart in turns me the word in the mouth. I have said some wrong. Yes, thats right. Maybe was a fault to speak in generaly about this State. Maybe you are a little bit sensitively. But to see an other dwarf, call him inside and tell him wrong things about this is a good way to get a witness which hear only this what you say to him. Whom is he believe? and you know this dwarf..iam not. Is he a Citizien of this "state"? Or a member of your guild? Iam not know this. But this trying to get a witness is a sign that you play false. Next time think better what you say to a dwarf.

And one thing.... you must not fear that i ambush you. We have some trouble and i show you the way how to speakt with a dwarf, but this is all. Iam not so "criminal" to attack you after some days. If is my wish to do this you are death allready.

Come and go how you want. But never say to a dwarf i shave your beard.

And learn to receive some critik without to became red in the face...

You are but a hypocrite, Dolgan! Considering that you started this altercation and ended it with assaulting me physically, perhaps you should learn how to speak with a human! Here is your first lesson: Speak with your mouth and not your axe, fool.

Never in all my years have I had such trouble with a dwarf! Let it be known that I have spoken somewhat regulary to your ViceKing Caranthir, and he is an honorable dwarf who speaks with honor and respects honor! You, however, do not. If this is a case of how I speak with dwarves and not--what it is in reality, mind you--a case of a dwarf insulting and then physically assaulting passersby, why is it that I have no trouble with your Viceking?

Not only because you threatend an ambassador but also for insulting the town guard more than one time.

I lose my temper with you. Use the time outside of town to learn about good behaviour towards people with authority AS WELL AS towards citizen.
I don't will permit you to provoke people any longer.

If needed John Irenicus, commander of the town guard, will lengthen or shorten your ban.

Pah.. you are a ambassador of honor? What is honor for you? Honor includes to tell the truth and not turn words how you like them. It was a lie if you say you has only said that iam banned and the price for trespasing is my beard.

What is this for a townguard which sits on the river and sing songs, meanwhile some peoples train with weapons in the library combat?

You shoud not play the insult person without temper, you should do your job better.

And one thing more. You are only a so called Townguard, not the ruler of trollsbane. If the Goverment said iam banned, i could think over if me follow them or not. But me will not respect a advice from a girl which feel insulted. And teh same for john. He is only a Guard and clerk of the Goverment and not the Goverment. The guards has follow advices from the Goverment and not do her own business.

I'm sorry to disillusion you, but I CAN ban you. I just can't ban you permamently.
Stay in Silverbrand when you can't accept the authorities of another town.

I'll give you one week. If John or Lennier correct this ban, so it shall be.

Auch wenn Moshker selbst auch kein Bürger von Trolls Bane ist, muß ich ihn glauben. Ich selbst mußte mir schon ansehen, wie Dolgan Durgan andere Leute unrechtmäßig und übertrieben provoziert hat.

Lasst euren Streit vor den Stadttoren! Haltet euch dran und akzeptiert die Konsekuenzen für euer Handeln.

Dieser Fall wird vom Triumvirat - dem Stadtrat Troll`s Banes - geprüft werden. Beide Seiten haben sich binnen einer Woche dem Triumvirat ihre Version des Hergangs zu erläutern.

Moshker is not a citizens of Troll`s Bane, but i think i trust him in this case. Dolgan Durgan provoked other people in illegitimate and exaggerated way.

Let your controversy outside of the town! If not accept the consequences for your acting.

This case becomes examined by the Triumvirat - the town council of Troll`s Bane. Both sides have to explain their versions of the happening within one week.

So far to the ban of trolls bane miss townguard. like i say...you have no power to ban me. This is a case of higher authorocys like a child with a key.

This Dolgan is trouble. This is not the first time he has committed crimes. A few days ago he tried to murder me in the library. My student Alaine is the witness for this case. Moskher you can be sure of my help if this Dolgan harrasses you again. The last time he harrassed me and tried to murder me I did not harm him but only warned him not to do it again. I expected him to change his ways but it seems he has not.
